Roasted Broccolini


Roasted Broccolini

Serves 2-4


–       1 package or bunch of organic Broccolini

–       2-4 Table spoons Coconut Oil

–       Sea Salt and fresh Ground Pepper to season


1.)  Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

2.)  Wash and dry your broccolini.

3.)  Place broccolini into a glass baking dish.

4.)  Drizzle with coconut oil and season with salt and pepper.

5.)  Cook for about 20 minutes or until broccolini is golden brown on top!
