This appointment is for the person seeking a root-cause approach to their chronic or complex health concerns and a long-term relationship with Dr. Taylor providing guidance and support. This begins with very detailed client paperwork and intake questionnaires followed by an extensive initial consultation. At this time Dr. Taylor will give his initial thoughts and recommendations for appropriate lab testing, and you will work together to put together a long-term strategy for your health. This consultation price includes TWO APPOINTMENTS - the first is a history and case review to learn about you and your health goals, the second follow-up appointment (which will be scheduled AT the first appointment) is to go over recommendations and discuss a long-term strategy. *Dr. Taylor does not claim to be an expert on every condition and does NOT accept every new case*
